Affirmative Litigation Skills Training
This course is now enrolling for the July 22nd - 25th delivery as part of our Summer Institute at Seattle University School of Law. Note: This course also involve two weeks of online activities from July 7th - 19th before arriving on site in Seattle. Through the Affirmative Litigation training, participants develop skills necessary to plan and file an action seeking broad based relief in state or federal court, to seek preliminary relief, and to survive a motion to dismiss. Participants prepare and receive feedback on a complaint, and practice arguing a motion for a TRO and a motion to dismiss. See the course announcement for more information.
