Fellowship Programs
Our fellowship programs support the professional development of participants over an extended period of time. Fellows benefit not only from periodic course events, but also from online activities that bridge between events. Through these structured, long-term connections, we foster a robust community that enables deeper relationships and can sustain complex projects.
CLAE's fellowship programs blend the best aspects of both in-person gatherings and online interactions. In the case of the New England Leadership Institute, for example, fellows develop new initiatives over the course of many months with the support of their colleagues and with assigned mentors.
