Who should enroll

Anyone who finds herself teaching others on a regular basis will benefit from this training. You should have a specific training in mind that you will develop during this workshop. We also hope that that you will volunteer to teach future Consortium and national CLAE courses with us.

What you will learn

  • Identify the learning characteristics of your audience
  • Choose instructional methods most effectively geared to achieve specific training goals and objectives
  • Review the steps of good instructional design
  • Review different forms of instruction, including brainstorming, demonstration, and panel sessions
