Current & Previous Institutes

By the end of 2010, over 120 legal aid advocates from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut and Florida will have participated as fellows and mentors in one of four year-long Leadership Institutes. CLAE is also working currently with the Washington equal justice community to craft a sustainable leadership development program for their community.

By all accounts, CLAE’s Leadership Institute model has been enormously well-received. Participating fellows and mentors report a very high level of satisfaction with and appreciation of the Institute experience. Leadership Institute structure and content have evolved over the years with each new delivery benefitting from previous fellows’ and mentors’ experiences and insights.
