The Innovations and Best Practices in Limited Legal Assistance series is a web based review and discussion of this important and dynamic area of legal services practice. The first session will examine strategies and approaches for evaluating the effectiveness of telephone-based provision of legal services. Through presentation and discussion, participants will explore outcomes, goals, measurement, comparisons, and practical techniques for collecting and reporting client outcomes.
