Discovering Electronic Data

Discovering Electronic Data, presented by Anne Marie Blanchard, Connecticut Legal Services and Cynthia Courtney, Day Pitney, provided a basic introduction to electronic discovery including key e-discovery terms and best uses of electronic discovery in the discovery process. The session also explored how to draft pleadings for electronic discovery and counsel clients on e-discovery and basic considerations in defending clients from e-discovery, ethics and privilege issues.
